Kejari Halmahera Barat Periksa Kadis PUPR Selama 3 Jam

PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Kepala Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Abubakar A Radjak, diperiksa di Kejaksaan Negeri Halbar selama tiga jam lebih.

Abubakar diperiksa terkait kasus dugaan korupsi pembangunan talud pada 2021 di Desa Gamlamo, Kecamatan Ibu, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, dengan anggaran senilai Rp1,2 Miliar.

Abubakar diperiksa mulai pukul 10.30 WIT. Kemudian istirahat pada pukul 12.00 WIT. Usai salat Jumat, ia kembali diperiksa hingga keluar dari ruangan Intelijen Kejari pada pukul 15.00 WIT.

Selain Abubakar, Kejari juga melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap dua orang pejabat lainnya, yakni mantan Kabag ULP Halbar M. Zain A. Kadir, dan mantan Pokja ULP Djohir Lambobi, yang kini menjabat sebagai Kabag ULP Halbar.

“Kadis PUPR Halbar Abubakar A. Radjak dimintai keterangan atas perintah operasi atau sprint ops dari Kepala Kejari Halbar Kusuma Jaya Bulo,” kata Plh. Kasi Intelijen Kejari Halbar, Usman, Jumat (31/3).

Usman mengatakan, indikasinya yang melaksanakan pekerjaan talud di Desa Gamlamo bukan perusahaan yang menang lelang CV. Bintang Sintesa Utama, tetapi perusahaan tersebut dipinjam oleh seseorang. Namun yang bersangkutan tidak mengerjakan, tetapi justru meminta tolong ke orang lain untuk mengerjakan proyek talud tersebut.

“Kami dari jaksa penyelidik telah periksa beberapa saksi, di antaranya Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) kegiatan, Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK) dan juga termasuk pemilik perusahaan, serta mantan Bendahara PUPR Halbar,” jelasnya.

Sekadar diketahui, perusahaan yang menang lelang dalam pekerjaan talud Desa Gamlamo, Kecamatan Ibu, pada 2021 ini dari CV. Bintang Sintesa Utama. (adi/tan)
