PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Upaya pencegahan stunting yang dilakukan Pemkab Pulau Taliabu, patut diacungi jempol. Lihat saja, berbagai cara yang terbilang inovatif, terus digalakkan Pemkab, melalui Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes). Bukan hanya itu, seluruh jajaran Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) juga ikut terlibat aktif untuk melakukan pencegahan dan penurunan angka stunting. Kerja keras Pemkab Taliabu sekarang ini salah satunya termasuk untuk mencapai penurunan angka stunting hingga 14 persen pada 2024 mendatang.
Pada Sabtu (29/4), Dinkes Taliabu melakukan pembagian parsel di empat desa di Kecamatan Taliabu Utara, yakni Desa Buambono, Desa Mananga, Desa Jorjoga dan Desa Wahe. Bupati Aliong Mus dan istri ikut hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut. Kapolres Taliabu, Kepala Kejari, Dandim dan Kepala Pengadilan serta pimpinan OPD, termasuk Kadinkes Taliabu, Kuraisia Marsaoly. Kegiatan ini termasuk dalam rangka memperingati Hari Ulang Tahun (HUT) Kabupaten Taliabu ke-10 dengan tema “Cegah Stunting, Taliabu Sehat, Ekonomi Bangkit”.
Pembagian parsel tersebut dikhususkan untuk 50 anak stunting dan kurang gizi. Sebagaimana diketahui, sebanyak 150 anak stunting dan kuran gizi menjadi asuhan Bupati Aliong Mus. Mereka terdiri dari 100 anak di bagian utara dan 50 anak di bagian selatan. Istri Bupati yang juga Ketua PKK, Hj Zahra Yolanda Ajzira berkesempatan memberikan wejangan ke masyarakat dalam rangka pencegahan stunting. Ia menekankan agar masyarakat memahami cara menangani stunting dan kurang gizi terhadap anak, yang sudah tentu dalam penanganan pemerintah. Zahra yang juga duta Sgongka itu terus mengingatkan supaya pemberian vitamin ke anak remaja putri rutin dilakukan.
Dalam kegiatan yang diprakasai Dinkes Taliabu tersebut, selain pembagian parsel, termasuk juga pemberian santunan dari Bupati ke 50 anak asuh stunting di bagian utara Taliabu. Ketua PKK juga ikut memberikan santunan uang tunai ke ibu hamil di empat tersebut itu. Itu dilakukan dengan tujuan dapat membantu perbaikan asupan gizi dan dapat membantu ekonomi masyarakat yang ekonominya kategori bawah. Pembagian parsel dan lainnya tersebut dikawal oleh petugas Yaga Mei yang merupakan asuhan Dinas Kesehatan.
Sekadar diketahui, pembagian persel di Desa Jorjoga yakni 23 sasaran stunting dan gizi kurangdan tujuh orang ibu hamil, di Desa Mananga 14 sasaran stunting dan kurang gizi kurang, di Desa Buambono 6 sasaran stunting dan kurang gizi, di Desa Wahe 6 sasaran stunting dan kurang gizi kurang serta 4 orang ibu hamil.
