PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Polda Maluku Utara menangani 10 kasus korupsi sepanjang tahun 2022. 10 kasus ini ditangani Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus).
Selain menangani 10 kasus, Polda Malut dan jajaran Polres berhasil menyelamatkan kerugian negara sebesar Rp 13.613.688.774 dari jumlah total kerugian keuangan negara sebesar Rp 14.884.353.027.
Kapolda Malut, Irjen Pol Midi Siswoko mengatakan, Ditreskrimsus dan Polres jajaran selama Januari-Desember 2022 menangani 136 kasus. Ini naik sebanyak 22 kasus atau 19 persen dibanding tahun 2021.
Kata dia, kejahatan yang dilaporkan pada tahun 2022 di Ditreskrimsus didominasi oleh kejahatan ITE dengan jumlah 45 kasus atau 57,6 persen dari keseluruhan jumlah kejahatan. Selanjutnya diurutan kedua dengan kasus kejahatan Tipidkor (tindak pidana korupsi) dengan 10 kasus, dan pertambangan 7 kasus.
“Dengan penanganan kasus ini, Polda Malut mendapatkan penghargaan dari KPK sebagai Polda terbaik dalam penanganan tindak pidana korupsi dari 34 Polda seluruh Indonesia,” jelas Kapolda dalam konferensi pers akhir tahun 2022 yang berlangsung di Resto Red Corner, Jumat (30/12) tadi. (gon/ask)
