PENA – Pemerintah Kota Ternate rupanya belum mau menyerahkan Surat Kuasa Khusus (SKK) kepada Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate selaku pengacara Negara untuk menagih aset bergerak maupun tidak bergerak yang dikuasai mantan pejabat atau pihak ketiga.
Padahal, sesuai arahan KPK agar aset milik pemerintah yang masih dikuasai pihak lain agar segera ditertibkan. Caranya adalah pemerintah harus segera membuat SKK kepada kejaksaan untuk menagih aset tersebut. Namun sampai saat ini Pemkot Ternate belum menyerahkan.
Kepala Kejari Ternate, Pendi Sijabat mengatakan, pihaknya belum bisa melakukan penarikan aset yang masih dikuasai mantan pejabat. Sebab sampai saat ini SKK tersebut belum ada. “Kami belum bisa berbuat apa-apa, karena SKK belum ada,” kata Pendi saat dikonfirmasi Senin (11/1).
Pendi bilang, jika SKK itu sudah diberikan dari Pemkot, maka pihaknya langsung melakukan penarikan terhadap aset tersebut.
Sekadar diketahui, untuk aset bergerak seperti kendaraan terdapat 12 kendaraan roda dua yang masih dikuasai mantan pejabat. Sementara untuk aset tidak bergerak seperti tanah dan bangunan tidak ada masalah lagi. (*)
