PENA – Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Provinsi Maluku Utara tahun 2021 telah selesai dievaluasi Kementrian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri). Dalam evaluasi itu, Kemendagri memberikan beberapa catatan koreksi terhadap APBD tersebut. Meski tak signifikan.
Kepala Bappeda Malut, Salmin Janidi mengatakan, ada beberapa hal yang harus diperbaiki setelah mendapat koreksi dari Kemendagri, termasuk dengan pencocokan antara anggaran dengan program yang ada. Dalam koreksi tersebut, kata Salmin, seperti halnya belanja wajib pelayanan dasar, kesehatan, pendidikan. “Kemudian langkah-langkah pemulihan ekonomi pasca covid seperti apa. Jaring pengaman sosial, pemberdayaan UMKM berbasis ekonomi. Jadi hal-hal ini yang dikoreksi, namun tidak terlalu signifikan,” katanya saat dihubungi, Selasa (12/1)
Lanjut dia, dalam waktu dekat akan dilakukan perbaikan dan setelah diperbaiki, selanjutnya diajukan ke Badan Anggaran DPRD Malut untuk dibahas bersama dalam sehari. “Ini untuk mendapatkan pemikiran bersama antara Pemprov dan DPRD atas catatan yang disampaikan Kemendagri,” ujarnya.
Salmin bilang, setelah dibahas bersama dengan DPRD lalu kemudian DPRD mengeluarkan persetujuan untuk disampaikan ke Kemendagri untuk mendapatkan nomor registrasi. Jika nomor registrasi itu sudah keluar, maka Peraturan Daerah tentang APBD 2021 sudah berjalan. “Target kita mulai Januari ini APBD sudah bisa jalan. Kalau gaji dan sebagainya kan sudah bisa, hanya saja untuk kegiatan yang butuh nomor registrasi agar menjadi dasar pelaksanaan bagi perangkat daerah,” jelasnya menutup. (ask)
