PENA – Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) akhirnya menerbitkan Akta Registrasi Perkara Konstitusi (ARPK) dengan nomor 09/PHP.BUP-XIX/2021 tertanggal 18 Januari 2020, yang diajukan oleh pasangan calon (Paslon) bupati dan wakil bupati Halmahera Selatan (Halsel) Helmi Umar Muchsin dan La Ode Arfan (Helmi-La Ode).
Diterbitkannya akta tersebut menjadi tanda bahwa permohonan PHP yang diajukan Paslon Helmi-La Ode telah diterima MK. Selanjutnya, Paslon Helmi-La Ode yang juga disebut sebagai pihak pemohon tinggal menunggu dikeluarkannya jadwal persidangan. Pada perkara PHP tersebut, yang disebut sebagai pihak termohon adalah KPU Halsel.
Sementara mengenai pihak terkait, sesuai jadwal tahapan dalam laman resmi MK disebutkan pengucapan ketetapan sebagai Pihak Terkait akan disampaikan pada tanggal 26 hingga 29 Januari 2021.
Tim Pemenangan Paslon Helmi-La Ode, Ruslan Kubais, merasa yakin pada sidang perkara di MK nanti akan terbuka secara terang-terangan segala bentuk dugaan kecurangan yang telah dilakukan pada proses pemilihan bupati dan wakil bupati Halsel 9 Desember 2020 lalu.
Anggota DPRD Malut Fraksi NasDem ini mengatakan, pihaknya akan mengerahkan seluruh kekuatan, serta bersiap menerima apapun hasilnya, asalkan telah diputuskan MK dengan seadil-adilnya dalam persidangan nanti.
“Jika diputuskan PSU (pemungutan suara ulang, red) maka kami selalu siap. Dan yang pasti, memang harus begitu. Karena nurani kita tidak bisa menerima hasil pemilihan yang berlangsung dengan kecurangan yang terjadi secara terang-terangan seperti kemarin,” tegasnya.
Hal senada diutarakan Tim Kuasa Hukum Paslon Helmi-La Ode, Iskandar Joisangadji. Menurut dia, usai menerima salinan akta registrasi MK, pihaknya telah menyiapkan seluruh alat bukti yang akan mendukung kemenangan kliennya di sidang MK.
“Kami punya bukti yang kuat terkait segala dugaan kecurangan yang merugikan klien kami. Segala bukti-bukti ini, beserta saksi telah kami sampaikan di MK nanti. Kita lihat saja di sidang, akan kita ungkap semua,” ungkapnya. (*)
