PENA – 10 Februari merupakan hari lahir (Harlah) Sultan Baabullah Datu Sjah. Untuk memperingatinya, panitia Harlah Sultan Baabullah menggelar sejumlah kegiatan. Salah satunya adalah melakukan ziarah ke Makam Sultan Baabullah yang terletak di Kelurahan Foramadiahi, Kecamatan Ternate Pulau, pada Rabu (10/2) kemarin.
Kegiatan ritual ziarah ini selain dihadiri perangkat adat Kesultanan Ternate, juga dari Keluarga Malamo Ternate (Karamat), Korem 152 Baabbulah, serta Pramuka Kwartir Baabullah.
Ketua panitia kegiatan, Zulkifli Tomahir kepada wartawan mengatakan pihak panitia mengucapkan banyak terimakasih kepada semua pihak yang telah mendukung kegiatan ini sampai selesai. Harla Sultan Baabullah ini, kata dia, merupakan pertama kali diperingati setelah Negara memberikan gelar pahlawan nasional. “Ada tiga agenda dalam memperingati Harlah ini, yakni dialog publik, ritual ziarah dan rateb. Dan hari ini dilakukan agenda ziarah,” ujarnya kemarin.
Menurutnya, kegiatan ini ditargetkan ke depan bisa dilaksanakan setiap tahun pada 10 Februari. Dirinya berharap ini menjadi agenda bersama pemerintah juga dengan masyarakat Kota Ternate khususnya dan Maluku Utara pada umumnya.
Sementara Kasrem 152 Baabullah, Kolonel (Inf) Wawan Subajo mengatakan pihaknya juga merayakan Harlah Sultan Baabullah bertepatan dengan agenda tradisi satuan menyambut anggota baru yang masuk dalam satuan. “Ini bersamaan dengan agenda kami, sehingga sama-sama ke makam Baabullah. Kita lakukan secara bersama, dengan harapan untuk kesatuan kami yang namanya juga Baabullah. Agar apa yang dialami Sultan Baabullah, mudah-mudahan bisa turun ke perajurit kami yang baru ini,” harapnya.
Dalam artian jiwa, kata dia, kepahlawanan Sultan Baabullah ini bisa di bawa dalam tugas baru para anggota dan harapannya agar para anggota yang baru bergabung ini juga bisa baik dalam bertugas. “Tradisi ziarah ini akan dikembangkan terus. Kami juga tetap bekerjasama baik dengan pihak kesultanan, sehingga kegiatan seperti ini terus berlanjut,” tandasnya. (cun)
