PENA – Pernyataan Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Provinsi Maluku Utara, Bambang Hermawan, terkait kesulitan akses ke perusahaan PT. Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park (IWIP) berbeda dengan Sekretaris Provinsi Malut, Samsuddin Abdul Kadir.
“Kalau setahu saya tidak. Tapi nanti saya cek ke Pak Bambang,” kata Sekprov saat ditemui di Kantor Gubernur Malut di Sofifi, Senin (1/3).
Menurut Sekprov, setiap perusahaan tentu memiliki peraturan bagi setiap orang mau berkunjung ke sana. Jika itu disurati resmi, maka akan perusahaan juga akan menerima itu. “Buktinya beberapa waktu lalu Pak Wagub (Wakil Gubernur M. Al Yasin Ali, red) berkunjung tidak apa-apa,” ujarnya.
“Yang mungkin agak sulit kalau kita diam-diam datang. Jadi kalau diberitahu sebelumnya, pasti mereka buat persiapan dan sebagainya untuk menerima kunjungan itu,” tukasnya.
Samsuddin bilang, semua itu kembali ke peraturan perundang-undangan. Jika kunjungan itu adalah perintah peraturan, maka tidak ada alasan bagi perusahaan untuk menolaknya.
Sekadar diketahui, sebelumnya Kepala DPMPTSP Bambang Hermawan menyebut akses ke PT. IWIP agak sulit. Pihaknya bahkan baru pertama kali berkunjung ke sana saat mendampingi Kepala Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM) Bahlil Lahadalia beberapa waktu lalu. (ask)
