PENA – Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Provinsi Maluku Utara, Ahmad Purbaya, berkunnung ke kantor Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Malut di Ternate, Senin (22/3).
Kedatangan mantan Kepala Inspektorat Malut ini BPKP ini dalam rangka membahas terkait peralihan aplikasi pengelolaan keuangan daerah dari Sistem Informasi Manajemen Keuangan Daerah (SIMDA) ke Sistem Informasi Pemerintahan Daerah (SIPD).
Dihadapan Kepala BPKP, Purbaya menyampaikan bahwa Pemprov Malut telah menggunakan SIPD dalam penyusunan APBD tahun anggaran 2021. Hanya saja terdapat kendala dalam proses penatausahaan dalam penetapan Dokumen Pelaksana Anggaran (DPA), penerbitan Uang Persediaan (UP), dan pebayaran gaji.
Menurutnya, berdasarkan surat edaran Direktur Jenderal Bina Keuangan Daerah Nomor: 903/235/Keuda tanggal 18 Januari 2020, pemerintah daerah diperbolehkan untuk melakukan proses penatausahaan keuangan dengan aplikasi di luar SIPD secara paralel dengan SIPD.
“Untuk itu, kedatangan saya ke sini meminta BPKP untuk dapat mendampingi dalam memparalelkan antara SIPD dengan SIMDA,” katanya.
Menanggapi hal itu, Kepala Perwakilan BPKP Malut, Aryanto Wibowo menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya selalu siap mendampingi dalam mengawal akuntabilitas keuangan daerah.
Aryanto bilang, seluruh pemerintah kabupaten/kota di wilayah Malut telah memparalelkan antara SIPD dengan SIMDA.
Tim dari APD BPKP akan memberikan bantuan pendampingan secara langsung dalam memparalelkan SIPD dengan SIMDA.
“Dengan diparalelkannya SIPD dengan SIMDA, diharapkan dapat membantu Pemprov Malut untuk mempercepat penatausahaan keuangan daerah,” ujarnya. (Red)
