PENA – Rencana perampingan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Halmahera Barat (Halbar) mendapat sorotan Wakil Ketua DPRD Halbar, Riswan Hi Kadam.
Dikonfirmasi di ruang kerjanya, Senin (29/3), Riswan mengatakan, DPRD Halbar hingga kini belum menerima draft dokumen apapun menyangkut rencana perampingan itu.
“Saya tidak bisa berandai-andai karena sampai saat ini belum ada draft atau dokumennya belum diberikan,” imbuhnya.
Menurutnya, sebagai unsur Pimpinan DPRD maka dirinya harus melihat draftnya dulu.
“Tentunya dalam draft itu dilandasi dengan hasil kajiannya apa saja, jadi sebelumnya harus dikaji dulu,” ujar politisi PKB ini.
Riswan menambahkan, karena belum mengantongi draft, pihaknya tidak tahu apa-apa soal isi pokok pikiran serta apa yang melatarbelakangi.
“Makanya, draftnya harus dikantongi dulu baru kita tahu alasannya apa sehingga dilakukan perampingan OPD,” cetusnya.
Sekadar diketahui, sebelumnya Wakil Bupati Halbar Djufri Muhammad saat memimpin Upacara 17 berjalan beberapa waktu lalu menyampaikan, kedepan pihak Pemkab Halbar akan memperbaiki perangkat organisasinya. Salah satunya yaitu perampingan OPD dalam lingkup Pemkab Halbar.
“Jadi jangan khawatir karena cuma sekitar 6 sampai 8 OPD saja yang akan dirampingkan, dan perampingan ini untuk penghematan anggaran daerah,” tandasnya ketika itu. (*)
