PENA – Tindakan tidak terpuji dilakukan sejumlah orang yang diketahui merupakan tim sukses Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, James Uang dan Jufri Muhammad (JUJUR).
Mereka mendatangi kantor Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Halbar dan langsung mengamuk hingga membanting pot bunga serta mengancam Kepala BKD Halbar, Zubair T. Latif.
Dari amatan media ini, kejadian tersebut terjadi pada Rabu (21/4) pagi tadi. Diketahui ada enam hingga tujuh orang ini awalnya mengamuk di lantai II Kantor Bupati Halbar, kemudian menuju ke ruang BKD.
Sekretaris BKD Halbar, Abdul Latif, mengatakan 7 orang ini masuk ke ruangan BKD Halbar tanpa menjelaskan maksud dan tujuan langsung berteriak memanggil nama Kepala BKD.
“Pak Zubair (Kepala BKD, red) lagi di Ternate. Mereka datang langsung ketuk-ketuk pintu kaca dan meja sambil teriak mana Zubair, mana Zubair, sekretaris mana sekretaris,” kata Latif menirukan perkataan sejumlah tim sukses itu.
“Terus saya keluar ketemu mereka, dan saya tanyakan ada masalah apa? Mereka tidak mau jawab,” sambungnya.
Namun dari bahasa salah satu dari mereka menyampaikan bahwa Zubair menghalangi pelantikan.
“Saya langsung tanyakan ke mereka, pelantikan apa yang dimaksud. Bupati sampai saat ini belum perintahkan adanya pelaksanaan pelantikan, tapi mereka tidak mau menjelaskan,” ujarnya.
Ia kemudian meminta mereka ke ruangan Asisten I dan asisten II untuk ketemu agar lebih jelas, namun kedua pejabat tersebut tidak ada di ruangannya.
“Saya juga langsung telepon Pak Kaban BKD untuk berbicara langsung dengan salah satu oknum tadi. Orang tersebut juga mengancam Pak Kaban lewat telepon dengan mengatakan jangan menginjakan kaki di Jailolo,” terangnya.
Dirinya menyayangkan tindakan orang-orang tersebut. Apalagi, kata dia, tindakan itu dilakukan di lingkungan kantor pemerintahan.
“Sampai banting-banting pot bunga dan sebagainya itu memang tidak sopan,” tukasnya.
Terpusah, Kepala BKD Zubair T. Latif saat dikonfirmasi lewat sambungan telepon menyatakan insiden itu terjadi saat dirinya tidak berada di kantor lantaran ada urusan keluarga.
“Sata lihat di video itu kedatangan mereka tanpa ada alasan yang jelas. Saya sangat sesali tindakan mereka,” tandasnya.
Dia juga merasa bingung dengan tindakan oknum orang itu yang mengancam tanpa menjelaskan pokok permasalahannya apa.
“Yang pasti ancaman yang ditujukan kepada saya itu sebagai luapan emosi mereka yang arahnya tidak jelas, apalagi sampai bilang saya mengganggu. Maksud mereka saya menganggu itu seperti apa, saya tidak tahu persis,” ujarnya.
“Jadi nanti besok saya akan masuk kantor, apabila mereka datang dan meminta penjelasan seperti apa ya akan saya jelaskan,” pungkasnya.
Selain Ketua Tim Pemenang JUJUR, Rustam Fabanyo, saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan insiden yang terjadi di ruang BKD Halbar tadi sebagai gerakan spontanitas.
Kejadian tersebut, kata dia, sebagai ketua tim dirinya tidak tahu maksud dan tujuan yang mendalangi, sehingga adanya insiden yang terjadi di BKD dan pihaknya bakal koordinasi dengan beberapa orang yang mengamuk di BKD tersebut.
“Saya coba konfirmasi lagi, apakah itu sebagai miskomunikasi atau apa nanti saya coba komunikasikan,” tutupnya. (Red)
