PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Provinsi Maluku Utara, Ahmad Purbaya, telah memerintahkan kepada para kepala samsat di kabupaten/kota untuk mengupayakan potensi pendapatan yang belum digarap.
Salah satu potensi pendapatan yang akan digarap guna menambah pendapatan itu adalah pajak galian kategori C.
Untuk itu, mantan Kepala Inspektorat Malut ini memberikan warning kepada para kepala samsat agar membuat MoU dengan pemerintah daerah setempat terkait pungutan pajak tersebut.
Sayangnya, perintah yang disampaikan lima bulan itu diabaikan. Purbaya lantas melayangkan surat peringatan pertama kepada para kepala samsat yang mengabaikan perintah tersebut.
“Saya sudah perintahkan sejak lima bulan lalu untuk koordinasi dengan pemerintah kabupaten/kota terkait pajak galian C. Kita membantu dari sisi pemungutannya. Karena ada APBD maupun APBD yang tidak tertagih,” tukasnya.
Bahkan dirinya akan mengumpulkan seluruh kepala samsat untuk membahas terkait potensi pendapatan, termasuk pajak galian C.
“Posisi kita itu membantu pemerintah kabupaten/kota untuk menagih potensi pajak yang selama ini belum maksimal. Kita juga sudah koordinasikan dengan Kanwil Perbendaharaan untuk kerjasama soal pajak APBN yang akan kita bantu tagihkan untuk kabupaten/kota, setelah itu barulah dibagi hasil,” jelasnya.
“Kita tidak minta intensif, jadi hanya bagi hasil. Kita butuh anggaran untuk pembangunan. Lagian pembangunan itu ke kabupaten/kota, bukan ke provinsi,” pungkasnya menutup. (Red)
