PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara akhirnya mengantongi hasil audit kerugian negara dari Badan Pengawasan Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP) Perwakilan Malut atas dugaan korupsi pengadaan kapal nautika dan alat simulator pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Dikbud) Malut tahun 2019.
Dengan begitu, Kejati Malut menegaskan akan menetapkan IR sebagai tersangka yang sebelumnya menang praperadilan.
Kepala Seksi Penerangan Hukum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga saat dikonfirmasi wartawan mengaku pihaknya telah mengantongi hasil audit kerugian keuangan negara kasus tersebut.
“Kami sudah terima hasil audit dari BPKP terhadap kasus nautika,” ujarnya.
Terkait berapa kerugian negara, Richard belum bisa membeberkan secara detail. Namun jelas kerugian keuangan negaranya ada.
Setelah mengantongi hasil audit tersebut, kata Richard, Kejati akan menetapkan tersangka terhadap IR yang sebelumnya telah memenangkan praperadilan. IR merupakan Direktur PT. Tamalanrea Karsatama.
“Penetapan tersangka dilakukan secepatnya. Namun sebelum kita lakukan penetapan sebagai tersangka, akan kita panggil dilakukan terlebih dahulu untuk pemeriksaan sebagai saksi terhadap berkas tiga tersangka lain yang sementara dilengkapi,” tegasnya.
Richard bilang, penyidik juga saat ini masih melengkapi administrasi yang lain berkaitan dengan kelengkapan dari berkas para tersangka. Untuk pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka, akan dilakukan secepatnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pengadaan kapal nautika dan alat simulator yang diperuntukan untuk siswa SMK di beberapa kabupaten itu dianggarkan melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tahun 2019 senilai Rp 7,8 miliar.
Dalam kasus ini Kejati telah menetapkan 4 tersangka, yakni IY mantan Kadis Dikbu, ZH selaku PPK, RZ Ketua Pokja, dan IR Direktur PT. Tamalanrea Karsatama selaku rekanan. IR kemudian melakukan praperadilan dan memenangkannya. (Red)
