PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Menjelang rolling jabatan besar-besaran di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, Fraksi PKB DPRD Halbar meminta kepada Bupati James Uang untuk mengevaluasi Kepala Inspektorat dan seluruh tim auditornya.
Itu karena tim auditor yang melakukan audit Dana Desa di ratusan desa di Halbar selama ini sama sekali tidak menemukan adanya penyalahgunaan.
“Namun setelah mendapat laporan dari warga dan dilakukan audit ulang, barulah ada temuan. Terus audit per triwulan itu gunanya apa? Jadi saya melihat bahwa adanya ketidakjujuran dari oknum-oknum yang ada di Inspektorat ini,” ujar Sekretaris Fraksi PKB DPRD Halbar, Albert Hama kepada wartawan, Kamis (2/9) tadi.
Terkait dengan temuan penyalahgunaan Dana Desa Lako Akediri yang dirilis inspektorat beberapa waktu lalu, menurutnya semenjak tahun dari 2019 hingga 2020 itu tidak ada masalah. Nanti setelah tahun 2021 ini barulah dipermasalahkan.
“Kenapa di 2019 itu tidak ada temuan, nanti sampai pada tahun 2021 ini baru dimunculkan LHP-nya,” katanya dengan nada kesal.
Menurutnya, jangan karena faktor perbedaan politik yang kemudian dijadikan alasan untuk melumpuhkan Kepala Desa Lako Akediri.
Ia menduga adanya unsur politis didalamnya untuk dilakukan pemberhentian.
“Oleh sebab itu, fraksi PKB meminta kepada Bupati Halbar merolling Kepala Inspektorat dan seluruh inspektur pembantunya,” tandasnya.
Anggota Komisi I DPRD Halbar ini juga menyebut Inspektorat saat ini ditempati oleh orang-orang yang dianggap tidak jujur. Tentu hal ini tidak sesuai dengan slogan Diahi.
“Untuk itu, Bupati harus mengevaluasi mereka,” desak Albert. (adi/ask)
