PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan dan DPRD Halsel menyepakati Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (APBD-P) tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 1.583.442.826.461.
Ini mengalami peningkatan sebesar 5,84 persen dari APBD tahun 2021 sebelum perubahan.
Kesepakatan ini ditandai dengan penandatanganan nota kesepakatan Kebijakan Umum Anggaran dan Prioritas Plafon Anggaran Sementara (KUA-PPAS) APBD-P Halsel tahun 2021 dalam rapat paripurna yang berlangsung di gedung DPRD, Selasa (14/9) malam tadi.
Struktur APBD-P 2021 ini meliputi
Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) sebesar Rp 101.442.697.461. Dana perimbangan dalam bentuk dana transfer Rp 1.439.787.729.000. Lain-lain pendapatan daerah yang sah disepakati sebesar Rp 42.212.400.000.
Selanjutnya, pos belanja daerah pada APBD-P disepakati sebesar Rp 1. 571.934.600.58 atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 8,20 persen dari pos belanja pada APBD sebelum perubahan. Ini terdiri Belanja operasi dan belanja modal disepakati sebesar Rp 1.263.203.589.974, belanja transfer ke desa disepakati sebesar 301.731.100.084, serta belanja tak terduga sebesar Rp 7.000.000.000.
Untuk penerimaan pembiayaan pada APBD-P tahun anggaran 2021 disepakati sebesar Rp 33.804. 338.049. Sedangkan pengeluaran pembiayaan disepakati sebesar Rp 45.312.564. 452. (rul/ask)
