PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Menanggapi mutasi guru yang dilakukan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate ke beberapa daerah terluar, seperti Hiri, Moti dan Batang Dua, DPRD Kota Ternate justru mendukung.
Ketua Komisi III DPRD kota Ternate, Anas U Malik, menyebut langkah yang dilakukan Pemkot Ternate itu sudah tepat.
Menurutnya, mutasi guru itu merupakan hal biasa, yang terpenting sekarang dinas pendidikan lagi memenuhi kebutuhan guru di tiga daerah terluar.
“Komisi III berharap mutasi guru yang terjadi ini dalam rangka mengisi kekosongan kebutuhan guru yang berada di daerah terluar. Itu yang terpenting,” kata Anas saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Sabtu (18/9) tadi.
Pihaknya meminta agar pemerintah secepatnya mendistribusi kebutuhan guru yang dibutuhkan daerah-daerah terluar sesuai mata pelajaran.
Ini dilakukan, kata dia, agar dalam pemerataan pendidikan dapat terpenuhi sebagimana yang diharapkan.
“Karena memang ada beberapa sekolah yang masih sangat kekurangan guru mata pelajaran, seperti pendidikan agama dan penjaskes. Sehingga itulah yang menjadi desakan Komisi III kepada pemerintah agar mutasi guru betul-betul mengisi kekosongan sesuai yang dibutuhkan,” jelasnya menutup. (ano/ask)
