PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Pasca paripurna pengesahan Rancangan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah Perubahan (RAPBD-P) Kabupaten Halmahera Selatan pada Senin (20/9) malam, DPRD Halsel langsung mengagendakan kegiatan Bimtek di Jakarta.
Sebelum berangkat, para wakil rakyat ini lebih dulu melakukan rapid test sebagai upaya untuk mencegah dan memutus penyebaran covid. Selain itu, juga merupakan salah satu syarat bagi pelaku perjalanan disamping sertifikat vaksin.
Rapid test yang diadakan pada Selasa (21/9) itu, satu dari 30 anggota DPRD Halsel dinyatakan reaktif. Alhasil, satu angggota DPRD berinisial RM itu tidak diizinkan mengikuti rombongan yang berangkat ke Jakarta pada Rabu (22/9) kemarin.
Sekretaris DPRD Halsel, Hj. Johra Damu ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan membenarkan hal itu.
“Iya, waktu rapid test kemarin di kantor DPRD itu ada satu anggota yang dinyatakan reaktif positif. Karena dia reaktif, maka dia tidak bisa berangkat ke Jakarta,” ujar Johra saat dihubungi malam tadi.
Johra mengatakan, meski reaktif, RM tidak ada gejala sakit dan terlihat biasa-biasa saja. Namun pada saat rapid test dan anggota tersebit reaktif, Ketua DPRD Muhlis Jafar langsung memerintahkan kepada bagian kesekretariatan membuat surat untuk karantina mandiri bagi anggota DPRD RM.
“Jadi semua anggota DPRD berangkat, hanya anggota DPRD berinisial RM yang batal ke Jakarta,” tandasnya.
Padahal, kata Johra, RM sebelumnya sudah membeli 4 tiket untuk dirinya, istri dan anak-anaknya. Namun karena reaktif, ia batal berangkat. (rul/ask)
