PENAMALUT.COM, MABA – Dinas Kesehatan (Dinkes) Halmahera Timur (Haltim) bakal memfokuskan perhatian serius atas permasalahan kesehatan di kecamatan Maba Utara, salah satunya adalah kebutuhan ambulans laut yang menjadi keluhan warga di kecamatan itu.
Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Haltim, Abdullah Yakub mengatakan, untuk tahun ini ada anggaran untuk kebutuhan speedboat atau ambulans laut bagi kecamatan Maba Utara yang sudah termuat dalam RAB Dinkes. Namun RAB itu hingga saat ini belum direalisasi.
“Tahun ini kita punya anggaran untuk speedboat dalam DAK. Tetapi sampai saat ini belum ada, katanya ada kesalahan secara teknis pada administrasi tender. Jadi saya belum bisa menjelaskan lebih jauh, nanti saya cek dulu,” jelas Abdullah, Senin (27/09).
Kata dia, meski masih belum dapat dipastikan untuk realisasi ambulans laut sebanyak dua unit dalam DAK itu, namun pihaknya akan mencari alternatif lain agar bisa menutupi jika pengadaan itu tidak bisa direalisasi tahun ini.
“Untuk alternatifnya kita sudah mengajukan proposal sesuai permintaan BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) untuk pengadaan ambulans laut mapun mobil ambulans pada tahun ini,” akunya.
Dijelaskan, sesuai tawaran BRI sendiri, pihaknya sudah mengajukan permintaan sesuai yang diestimasi oleh pihak BRI dimana untuk kebutuhan kesehatan tersebut diajukan sebanyak 6 unit mobil ambulans dan dua speedboat. “Jadi kalu dari DAK tidak bisa kita dapatkan maka yang kita kejar itu dari BRI, karena untuk administrasi berupa permintaan proposal sudah kita kirim,” terang dia.
Abdullah juga mengakui jika saat ini yang menjadi kendala bidang kesehatan di kecamatan Maba Utara adalah akses jalan yang belum memadai. Sehingga untuk kebutuhan ambulans laut memang sangat penting untuk jadi alternatif bagi pasien rujukan. “Jadi memang alternatifnya seperti itu, sambil kita menunggu akses jalan dan jembatan di wilayah itu,” ungkapnya.
Sementara itu, ditanyai peruntukan untuk 6 ambulans darat dan 2 unit ambulans laut yang berasal dari BRI, dirinya mengaku akan melihat kebutuhan di setiap puskesmas yang tersebar di Halmahera Timur. Ambulans laut pihaknya prioritaskan untuk kecamatan Maba Utara, sedangkan untuk di darat akan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan di setiap puskesmas.
“Kalau yang belum pasti kita kasih kesana, seperti puskesmas Patlean yang belum ada ambulans darat. Sisanya nanti kita sesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, karena rata-rata sudah ada ambulansnya, tinggal kita lihat yang mana yang sudah rusak kita kasih,” jelasnya.
Dirinya berharap pihak BRI dapat merealisasikan hibah sesuai proposal yang diajukan. Tahun lalu, Dinkes Haltim juga telah menerima bantuan sebanyak 2 unit ambulans dari BRI. “Makanya, semoga tahun ini kita juga bisa dapat,” pugkas Abdullah. (mdf)
