PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate menegaskan bakal menahan pencairan Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Daerah (Bosda) bagi sekolah dasar baik swasta maupun negeri, jika tak masukan laporan pertanggung jawaban (LPJ).
Seperti yang dialami Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kota Ternate. Kepala SDN 2, Darsia Rimpole mengatakan, pihaknya belum menerima Bosda pada bulan Juli lantaran terlambat memasukan LPJ bulan Juni ke dinas.
Begitu juga dialami SD Negeri 4 kota Ternate. Setiap bulan SD Negeri 4 mendapat Bosda sebesar Rp 9 juta.
Sejumlah sekolah lainnya juga mengalami hal yang sama.
Terpisah, penanggung jawab verifikasi data Bosda Diknas Kota Ternate, Mukaram Diadi menjelaskan, pencairan dana Bosda tergantung pada LPJ setiap sekolah yang dimasukan ke Dinas Pendidikan.
Diknas bisa mencairkan dana Bosda terkecuali dari sekolah-sekolah merampungkan LPJ, kemudian memasukan dan akan diverifikasi laporannya.
“Jika ada sekolah yang belum memasukan laporannya, itu belum bisa kami berikan Boada. Memang anggaranya sudah ada, hanya saja masih dipending dan menunggu sampai LPJ dimasukkan,” jelas Mukaram saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Kamis (7/10).
Menurut Mukaram, saat ini sekolah yang memasukan LPJ sudah 97 persen. Untuk sekolah yang belum memasukan LPJ kebanyakan sekolah yang berada dari wilayah terluar, seperti SD di Pulau Moti, Pulau Hiri dan Pulau Batang Dua.
“Karena mereka ini terkendala dengan jangkauan dan transportasi, juga tidak lancar. Sehingga terlambat,” jelasnya. (udi/ask)
