PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – PT Wijaya Karya (Wika) bakal membangun rumah sakit (RS) di Kota Ternate.
Saat ini Pemerintah Kota Ternate telah menyiapkan lahan untuk pembangunan RS tersebut.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bappelitbangda Kota Ternate, Rizal Marsaoly mengatakan, pihaknya telah menyiapkan lahan di Kelurahan Kalumata untuk dibangun RS. Prmbangunan RS ini nantinya dikerjakan PT Wika dan tidak membebani APBD.
“Jadi ini tidak mengganggu postur APBD. PT Wika milik BUMN yang resmi di bawah koordinasi dengan BPKP. Jadi ini sangat aman, dan beberapa daerah lain sudah lakukan hal ini,” jelas Rizal kepada wartawan, Selasa (19/10).
Pembangunan RS dengan sistem bangun, gunakan, dan kemudian diserahkan.
“Mereka (PT Wika) bangun, kemudian mereka pergunakan, dan setelah itu narulah diserahkan ke Pemkot Tota dalam jangka waktu yang akan disepakati bersama. Mekanismenya sumber daya manusianya (SDM) awal dari mereka, kemudian berapa tahun kemudian SDM dari kita,” ujarnya.
Rizal bilang, hal ini juga dimanfaatkan untuk transformasi ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dari rumah sakit ini. Sehingga setelah diserahkan, maka putra-putri daerah sudah bisa melanjutkannya.
Sekali lagi ia menekankan bahwa pembangunan RS ini adalah murni investasi dari PT Wika.
“Tinggal dikaji mekanisme dan tata cara saja agar kedua belah pihak saling menguntungkan, yang jelas menambah pendapatan daerah. Tidak ada APBD keluar, tapi PAD setiap bulan jalan terus, karena kontribusi dari bagi hasil pendapatan asli daerah,” terangnya menutup. (adv/udi)
