PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula terus melakukan monitoring pada sekolah penerima Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tahun anggaran 2021 di 6 kecamatan.
Dari hasil monitoring penggunaan DAK baik di Sekolah Dasar (SD) maupun Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di 6 kecamatan itu, terdapat beberapa pekerjaan fisik yang progresnya sudah melebihi 50 persen.
Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kapala Dinas Pendidikan Kepulauan Sula, Rifai Haitami mengatakan, kegiatan monitoring itu dilakukan untuk memastikan secara langsung pekerjaan di lapangan.
“Saya selaku kepala dinas harus bisa memastikan pekerjaan di lapangan jalan atau tidak. Monitoring ini juga saya lakukan agar bisa melihat langsung progres pekerjaan, serta kendala yang dihadapi pihak ketiga,” kata Rifai kepada wartawan, Senin (25/10).
Ia bilang, hampir semua sekolah penerima DAK Fisik 2021, pekerjaannya sudah diatas 50 persen. Namun terdapat dua sekolah yakni SD Negeri 2 Gay, Kecamatan Sulabesi Selatan dan SD Negeri Wailia, Kecamatan Sulabesi Timur, pekerjaannya belum mencapai 50 persen.
Untuk itu, Rifai menegaskan kemungkinan akan dilakukan pemutusan kontrak kerja. Sebab pihak ketiga tidak serius dalam pekerjaannya.
Setelah monitoring dari Pulau Sulabesi, kemungkinan pekan depan akan dilanjutkan monitoring di Pulau Mangoli.
Rifai juga berharap sekolah penerima DAK fisik agar pekerjaannya dilakukan dengan baik oleh pihak ketiga sesuai RAB yang telah diberikan pihak konsultan perencanaan. Sehingga dalam setiap pekerjaan, baik bangun baru ataupun rehab sesuai dengan kontrak yang telah ditentukan.
“Kemudian apa yang sudah dibangun pemerintah ini dapat dirawat dan digunakan oleh pihak sekolah sesuai peruntukan,” harapnya.
Sekadar diketehui, kegiatan monitoring di 6 kecamatan itu yakni Kecamatan Sanana Utara, Kecamatan Sanana, Kecamatan Sulabesi Tengah, Kecamatan Sulabesi Timur, dan Kecamatan Sulabesi Selatan, serta Kecamatan Sulabesi Barat. (ish/ask)
