PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara telah menerima tahap satu berkas dua tersangka dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan Bendungan dan Irigasi di Desa Kaporo, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, dari penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Direskrimsus) Polda Malut.
Kedua tersangka itu masing-masing berinsial LK alias Lutfi, mantan Kepala Dinas (Kadis) PUPR Kepsul yang juga sebagai Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA), dan Sekertaris Dinas PUPR Masykur selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK).
“Berkas kedua tersangka dugaan tindak pidana korupsi proyek pembangunan Bendungan dan Irigasi Kepsul sudah diterima dari penyidik Krimsus Polda Kamis (21/10) pekan kemarin,” kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga ketila dikonfirmasi wartawan, Senin (1/11) tadi.
Lanjut dia, setelah menerima berkas tersebut, selanjutnya jaksa peneliti akan meneliti berkas kedua tersangka tersebut. Jika hasil penelitian itu belum dinyatakan lengkap, berkasnya akan dikembalikan ke penyidik Krimsus Polda untuk dilengkapi.
Dia menambahkan, jaksa juga telah melayangkan surat P-18 tentang pemberitahuan kepada penyidik terkait dengan perkembangan penelitian berkas perkara tersebut.
Kedua tersangka itu diancam pidana dalam pasal 2 ayat (1) subsider pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 yang telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi junto pasal 55 KUHPidana.
“Acaman penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun serta denda paling sedikit 200 juta dan paling banyak 1 miliar rupiah,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, Proyek tersebut dianggarkan melalui Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 senilai 9,8 miliar rupiah. Kegiatan ini melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang, Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (PUPRPKP) Sula. (gon/ask)
