PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kepala Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Maluku Utara, Dade Ruskandar, membuka kegiatan penyuluhan dan penerangan hukum kepada para santri.
Program penyuluhan hukum ini digagas dalam program Jaksa Masuk pesantren bertempat di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Qur’an Hidayatullah, Kota Ternate, Jumat (5/11).
Dalam sambutannya, Dade Ruskandar menyampaikan program Jaksa Masuk Pesantren ini merupakan program lama. Pesantren bagian dari pada tempat pembelajaraan. Maka dari itu, diagendakan di pondok pasantren ini untuk memberikan pemahaman hukum kepada para santri.
“Tujuan penerangan hukum kepada pesantren agar lebih mengenal hukum, karena selama ini disangka pesantren hanya belajar agama saja,” ujarnya.
Kata dia, jika ada persepsi bahwa teroris adalah Islam, itu sangat keliru. Sehingga kita pemberian materi tentang terorisme ini agar para santri tahu. Sehingga isu-isu yang beredar bahwa teroris itu lahir dari pesantren sangat keliru.
“Jadi kalau sudah dibekali hukum dan agama yang kuat, akan jauh dari itu. Agar publik tahu ini bukan teroris, tapi kami belajar agama di pondok pesantren,” jelasnya.
Lanjut dia, pihaknya melakukan penyuluhan hukum juga memperkenalkan bagaimana mengelola uang secara syariah. Disamping itu juga dilakukan pembagian Al-Qur’an 1000 buah dan buku Iqra 1000 buah kepada lembaga-lembaga Tahfizh di wilayah Malut.
Terpisah, Wali Kota Ternate M. Tauhid Soleman mengapresiasi terkait dengan kegiatan Jaksa Masuk Pesantren. Pihaknya sangat mendukung sebagaimana disampaikan oleh Kajati untuk meminimalisir potensi radikalisme yang bisa saja terjadi dalam tanda kutip ada stikma seperti itu.
“Tapi saya yakin di Maluku Utara atau Kota Ternate tidak,” tuturnya.
Ia menambahkan, pembekalan, pemahaman dan pengetahuan tentang hukum harua perlu juga diberikan di dunia pendidikan.
“Terima kasih Kejati Malut telah melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Kami akan suport dalam rangka memberikan penguatan masalah hukum dan bagaimana kemampuan pesantren untuk mengelola ekonomi berbasis syariah,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
