PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Reskrim Polres Ternate mulai melakukan penyelidikan atas kasus dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilaporkan Rusli Ismail terhadap pemilik akun Status Ternate.
Kapolres Ternate, AKBP Aditya Laksimada mengatakan, pihaknya saat ini telah melakukan penyelidikan atas laporan dugaan pencemaran nama baik yang dilaporkan Rusli Ismail terhadap admin Status Ternate. Di mana pemilik akun Status Ternate memosting kalimat atau diksi di akun facebook dan instagram yang dianggap tidak sesuai kenyataannya.
Aditya menegaskan, siapapun yang membuat laporan, pasti akan melalui mekanisme penyelidikan. Dari proses penyelidikan jika terpenuhi unsur pidananya, pasti dilanjutkan ke penyidikan.
“Kalau enggak ya nggak,” ujarnya saat ditemui wartawan media ini, Kamis (6/1) tadi.
Pihaknya tetap profesional dalam melakukan penyelidikan terhadap setiap laporan yang diterima. Jika laporan tersebut cukup bukti, pasti dilanjutkan, jika itu merupakan pidana.
“Untuk laporan itu sudah diterima dan telah di-disposisi ke Reskrim untuk dilaksanakan penyelidikan,” jelas mantan Kapolres Halmahera Barat ini.
Adit sapaan akrabnya melanjutnya, laporan tersebut juga telah dilampirkan atau disertai dengan bukti permulaan berupa screen capture (tangkap layar). Sehingga itu, nantinya pihaknya Reskrim yang melaksanakan penyelidikan sesuai dengan Undang-undang yang berlaku.
“Unsurnya terpenuhi atau tidak, saat ini sudah lidik,” tandasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pemilik akun Status Ternate dilaporkan ke Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Ternate, pada Rabu (5/1) kemarin atas dugaan pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial (Medsos). Akun Status Ternate diketahui mengunggah postingan dengan kalimat bahwa korban seakan-akan telah melakukan tindakan perzinahan.
Padahal menurut korban, hal yang ditulis Status Ternate itu tidak benar. (gon/ask)
