PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Oknum anggota Brimob Polda Maluku Utara yang diduga menghamili sang pacar dan tidak menikahinya dikabarkan telah dipecat.
Kabar pemecatan itu terungkap melalui sidang kode etik profesi Polri yang digelar Propam Polda Malut, Rabu (23/2) kemarin.
Diketahui, oknum anggota Brimob berpangkat Bripda berinisial IMD itu menghamili kekasinya, NI. Namun IMD tidak bertanggungjawab hingga NI melahirkan. Bahkan IMD juga sempat menyuruh kekasinya menggugurkan kandungannya.
Iswan, Kakak NI kepada wartawan mengaku bahwa ia bersama adiknya NI pada Rabu kemarin telah dipanggil oleh pihak Polda Malut untuk menghadiri sidang kode etik profesi Polri yang digelar di Mapolda Malut. Kehadiran dirinya sebagai saksi atas kasus tersebut.
Iswan mengatakan, pada saat persidangan berlangsung, Ketua dan Anggota Komisi Persidangan memutuskan Pemberhentian Tidak Dengan Hormat (PTDH) terhadap Bripda IMD.
“Kemarin putusannya itu PTDH, namun IMD akan mengajukan banding,” kata Iswan saat ditemui Kamis, (24/2) tadi.
“Yang jelas putusan kemarin itu PTDH, dan beberapa berkas izin nikah yang diajukan dia (IMD) itu dianggap bermasalah oleh Ketua dan Anggota Komisi persidangan,” bebernya.
Terpisah, Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Michael Irwan Taslim saat dikonfirmasi mengatakan belum mengetahui pasti hal itu. Untuk itu, ia berkoordinasi dulu dengan Bidang Propam terkait hasil persidangan kemarin.
“Nanti saya koordinasi dulu dengan Propam,” singkatnya mengakhiri.
Sementara Kabid Propam Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Wahyu Agung saat dikonfirmasi melalui via whatsApp belum juga merespons hingga berita ini ditayangkan. (tr1/ask)
