PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Oknum anggota Brimob Polda Maluku Utara, Bripda MSA, yang menganiaya pacarnya, MA (17), bakal disanksi tegas.
Ini setelah Polda Malut melalui Kepala Bidang Humas Polda, Kombes (Pol) Michael Irwan Thamsil mengatakan, setiap anggota kepolisian yang melakukan tindak pidana sudah diproses, termasuk anggota Brimob tersebut.
“Pastinya akan diproses sesuai ketentuan,” singkat Michael saat dihubungi wartawan, Senin (21/3) tadi.
Terpisah, Dansat Brimob Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) M. Erwin mengaku anggota yang melakukan penganiayaan itu adalah anak buahnya.
“Memang itu anggota saya, tapi kalau sudah melakukan tindak pidana, kita tetap patuh dan tunduk kepada proses hukum yang telah dilaporkan ke Polres Ternate,” ujarnya.
Erwin menyerahkan penanganan proses hukum ke penyidik Polres Ternate. Untuk proses di Satuan Brimob, kata dia, setelah adanya putusan tindak pidana yang dilakukan, setelah itu baru dilakukan proses kode etik profesi Polri (KEPP).
“Brimob itu menangani kejahatan intensitas tinggi. Kalau anggota-anggota yang tidak disiplin, maka sangat mempengaruhi kinerjanya. Kalau ada yang bermasalah dipidanakan, maka tidak lagi pantas menjadi polisi dan diberhentikan,” tegasnya.
Sekadar dikehatui, oknum anggota Brimob Polda Malut berinisial MSA itu dilaporkan ke Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Ternate, Senin (21/3) tadi.
MSA menganiaya pacarnya hingga babak belur. Belum diketahui apa motif penganiayaan itu. Namun informasinya, perlakuan MSA terhadap kekesihnya itu sudah berulangkali. (gon/ask)
