PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Provinsi Maluku Utara meminta pendampingan hukum terhadap pelaksanaan 10 paket proyek tahun anggaran 2022.
Senin (21/3) tadi, Dinas PUPR Malut yang dipimpin Kepala Dinas Djafar Ismail melakukan koordinasi dengan pihak bidang Intelijen Kejati Malut.
Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga mengatakan, bidang Intelijen telah melaksanakan rapat koordinasi dengan pihak PUPR. Adapun rapat koordinasi dilakukan atas dasar permohonan dari Dinas PUPR meminta kepada Kejati melakukan pendampingian beberapa paket pekerjaan berskala strategis daerah.
Ada 10 paket proyek yang dipaparkan dalam rapat tersebut.
“Namanya pendampingan agar dilakukan koordiansi guna terciptanya satu kegiatan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, dengan maksud dan tujuan agar kegiatan tersebut itu tidak ada penyimpangan. Diarapkan kegiatan yang kita dampingi ini berjalan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang belaku,” harapnya.
Seandainya, lanjut Richard, jika terjadi penyimpangan, maka pemberitahuan yang tidak intens antara pemohon pendampingan (Dinas PUPR) dan Kejati. Karena tujuan dari pendampingan itu sudah tahu untuk menyikapi agar tidak terjadi penyimpangan.
“Untuk itu diharapkan pemohon pendampingan menyampaikan segala permasalahan yang ada,” tandasnya. (gon/ask)
