PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Sula menetapkan dua mantan pejabat Pemkab Sula sebagai tersangka dugaan korupsi pengadaan lampu Solar Single Ornament (SSO) tahun 2019.
Kedua mantan pejabat itu yakni ES alias Edi selaku mantan Kepala Bagian Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) Sula dan RL alias Rusmin selaku mantan Kapala Bidang Bina Marga Dinas PUPRKP Sula.
Kepala Kejari Kepulauan Sula, Burhan mengatakan, penetapan kedua tersangka dugaan korupsi pengadaan lampu SSO tahun anggaran 2019 senilai 2 miliar rupiah itu berdasarkan hasil penyidikan oleh tim penyidik Kejari Sula ditemukan adanya indikasi korupsi.
Penyidik kemudian melakukan ekspos terhadap kasus dan menetapkan tersangka ES dan RL.
Setelah ditetapkan tersangka, penyidik akan melayangkan surat pemeriksaan terhadap keduanya untuk dilakukan pemeriksaan sebagai tersangka yang dijadwalkan pekan depan.
“Berdasarkan hasil penyidikan yang di peroleh dari Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Maluku Utara, terdapat kerugian negara sekitar 1 miliar lebih,” jelasnya Burhan kepada wartawan, Rabu (23/3) tadi.
Burhan memgungkapkan tidak menutup kemungkinan dalam kasus ini masih ada tersangka lain. Sehingga itu, dalam perkembangan penyidikan nanti jika ditemukan fakta baru terkait dugaan korupsi ini, maka pihaknya akan kembali menetapkan tersangkanya.
“Sementara baru dua orang yang dimintai pertanggujawaban pidana. Nanti kita lihat perkembangannya,” tandasnya.
Burhan juga menyampaikan para tersangka terancam pasal 2 dan pasal 3 Undang-Undang RI Nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi.
Sekadar diketahui, proyek yang melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang dan Kawasan Pemukiman (PUPRKP) Sula tahun 2019 senilai 2 miliar sekian itu dikerjakan CV. Kharisma Karya.
Dalam pekerjaannya, proyek ini diduga terjadi penyelewengan anggaran. Pihak Kejari lalu melakukan penyelidikan hingga penetapan dua orang tersangka. (ish/ask)
