Oknum Brimob Pelaku Penganiayaan Ditetapkan Tersangka

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Satuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polres Ternate resmi menetapkan oknum anggota Brimob Polda Maluku Utara, Bripda MSA, sebagai tersangka atas kasus dugaan tindak pidana penganiyaan.

“Statuanya jadi hari ini sesuai dengan janji dari penyidik sudah naik sebagai tersangka,” jelas Kapolres Ternate, AKBP Andik Purnomo Sigit kepada wartawan, Jumat (1/4).

Menurut Andik, penetapan tersangka ini setelah penyidik melakukan gelar perkara pada Kamis (31/3). Bripda MSA dijerat dengan pasal penganiyaan.

Pihaknya juga saat ini masih melakukan pendalaman, karena ada beberapa informasi yang perlu di kroscek.

“Kita dalami lagi informasi tersebut,” tukasnya.

Sekadar diketahui, Bripda MSA dilaporkan ke Satreskrim Polres Ternate, Senin (21/3) lalu lantaran melakukan penganiayaan terhadap MA (17) yang merupakan pacar MSA hingga babak belur. Saat ini MSA telah ditahan di Mako Brimob Polda Malut. (gon)
