PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate menghentikan penyelidikan dugaan kasus korupsi piutang macet jasa pandu kapal asing yang tidak disetorkan oleh perusahan PT. Bintang Timur kepada PT Pelindo Cabang Ternate senilia Rp 1,1 miliar lebih.
Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar mengatakan, penghentian itu dilakukan berdasarkan permintaan keterangan terhadap sejumlah pihak, bukti-bukti dan data-data yang dikumpulkan oleh tim penyelidik Kejari Ternate itu tidak ditemukan suatu peristiwa tindak pidana korupsi.
“Untuk itu, penyelidikan tidak ditingkatkan ke penyidikan,” kata Saeful kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) saat ditemui di ruangan kerjanya, Kamis (16/6).
Namun demikian, kata dia, apabila di kemudian hari ditemukan bukti-bukti baru, maka dapat dilanjutkan kembali kasus tersebut.
Ia bilang, sejauh ini pihaknya sudah memintai keterangan terhadap 20 orang.
“Ini bukan saksi, tapi pihak-pihak, karena ini kan masih penyelidikan,” tukasnya sembari mengatakan mereka yang dimintai keterangan itu dianataranya dari Pelindo 6 orang, agen di Pelabuahan Ahmad Yani 3 orang, Asosiasi 1 orang, dan lainnya.
Sekadar diketahui, dugaan piutang macet jasa pandu kapal asing yang tidak disetorkan sejak tahun 2019 sampai tahun 2022 oleh perusahan PT. Bintang Timur kepada PT. Pelindo Cabang Ternate senilai Rp 1.121.915.146. Namun kasus ini oleh Kejari tidak ditemukan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi, sehingga dihentikan. (gon/ask)
