PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Perlakuan Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman terhadap masyarakat yang menggelar aksi di kantor Wali Kota, kelihatanya berbeda. Lihat saja, berbeda dengan demonstrasi kelompok masyarakat lainnya, ketika masyarakat Kelurahan Mangga Dua Utara, Kecamatan Ternate menggelar aksi di kantor Wali Kota, justru diabaikan. Padahal, ketika kelompok masyarakat lainnya menggelar aksi, Wali Kota turun dari ruangannya kemudian beradilog dengan massa.
Beberapa menit sebelum massa aksi tiba, Wali Kota sudah meninggalkan kantor Wali Kota. Informasi yang dihimpun Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) menyebutkan, orang nomor satu Pemkot Ternate sudah tahu kalau massa dari Kelurahan Mangga Dua Utara akan datang ke kantor Wali Kota untuk melakukan aksi terkait sengketa lahan. Akibatnya, masyarakat tidak membawa pulang hasil, justru balik dengan kecewa.
Padahal, aksi itu menyangkut hak kepemilikan lahan seluas 9,933 meter persegi di Mangga Dua Utara. Pada aksi ini tidak hanya diikuti orang dewasa. Tetapi siswa Sekolah Dasar pun ikut meluapkan kekecewaan ke Wali Kota Ternate, M. Tauhid Soleman.
Masyarakat setempat ambil sikap, setelah Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Ternate menerbitkan sertifikat yang diduga menyalahi prosedur. Sertifikat yang diterbitkan tahun 2003 lalu itu atas nama Andy Tjakra. “Ini jelas-jelas bertentangan dengan Undang-Undang nomor 1 tahun 2004, Peraturan Pemerintah nomor 24 tahun 1997 dan Permen BPN tahun 2006. Kami minta Wali Kota supaya membatalkan sertifikat tersebut,” ujar koordinator aksi, Zamrud H. Wahab.
Menurutnya, pada pemerintahan sebelumnya, Pemkot sudah berjanji akan menyelesaikan masalah ini. Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman harusnya menindaklanjuti janji Pemkot itu. Sayangnya, kata dia, Wali Kota tidak memiliki niat baik untuk menyelesaikan sengketa lahan di Mangga Dua Utara tersebut. “Masyarakat juga sudah ajukan penerbitan sertifikat, tapi ditolak BPN. Kami minta Wali Kota menepati janji Pemkot dan segera buat sertifikat masyarakat,” tuturnya berharap.
Zamrud mengatakan, masyarakat di Mangga Dua Utara sudah sangat kecewa dengan sikap cuek Wali Kota M. Tauhid Soleman. Harusnya Wali Kota menyerap dan mewujudkan aspirasi masyarakat, bukan mengabaikannya seperti saat ini. “Kami sangat merugikan masyarakat. Kami sangat kecewa dengan Wali Kota,” tegasnya.
Pada aksi itu, bukan hanya diikuti orang dewasa. Tetapi siswa Sekolah Dasar juga ambil bagian meluapkan kekecewaannya ke Wali Kota Ternate. beberapa menit sebelum massa aksi tiba, Wali Kota Ternate terlihat meninggal kantor. Informasinya, ia sudah mendapat bocoran kalau akan terjadi aksi, sehingga memiliki meninggalkan kantor.
Di lapangan, massa aksi, termasuk siswa SD, terlibat saling dorong dengan pasukan Wali Kota Ternate, yakni personel Satpol PP. Saling dorong terjadi lantaran massa aksi memaksa masuk ke kantor untuk bertemu dengan Wali Kota Ternate. Karena permintaan mereka untuk bertemu dengan Wali Kota tidak diindahkan, massa akhirnya membubarkan dengan diri dengan keadaan kecewa. (udi/rii)
