PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyelidikan dugaan jual beli lapak di Pasar Gamalama, Kota Ternate, oleh tim penyelidik bidang Intelijen Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara menemukan adanya indikasi tindak pidak korupsi.
Lihat saja, setelah dilakukan pengumpulan data dan pengumpulan bahan keterangan, kasus tersebut kemudian ditingkatkan status penyelidikannya dan dilimpahkan penanganannya ke bidang Pidsus.
“Sydah kita tingkatkan ke bidang tindak pidana khusus untuk dilakukan proses penyelidikan,” kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga kepada wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) saat ditemui belum lama ini.
Pihaknya setelah melakukan kajian dan mempelajarinya, ditemukan adanya peristiwa hukum atau perbuatan melawan hukum (PMH).
“Setelah ditingkatkan ini tahapan-tahapan penyelidikan akan dilakukan permintaan keterangan kepada pihak yang berkompeten untuk memberikan keterangan terkait itu,” jelasnya.
Richard menambahkan, pihak-pihak yang telah diundang akan diundang atau dipanggil lagi pada tahap penyelidikan di Pidsus untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Sudah skitar 7 orang telah dimintai keterangan, termasuk mantan Kepala Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan (Disperindag) Kota Ternate, Nuryadin Rachman,” tandasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, dugaan jual beli lapak di Pasar Gamalama ini terjadi sejak tahun 2017-2019 lalu. Saat itu, Kadis Perindag masih dijabat Nuryadin Rahman. (gon/ask)
