PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Diam-diam tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara sedang menyelidiki dugaan korupsi salah satu mega proyek di Malut.
Kasus dugaan korupsi mega proyek itu bakal diumumkan penyidikan hingga penetapan tersangkanya pada pekan depan.
Belum diketahui pasti, kasus dugaan korupsi tersebut. Namun Kejati memberikan sinyal bahwa kasus yang ditangani ini menyita perhatian publik.
“Yang kami tangani ini agak menyita perhatian. Saya memcontohkan kalau di pesawat itu turbulensi. Jadi teman-teman sabar,” ujar Asisten Tindak Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding kepada wartawan, Jumat (22/7) tadi.
Irwan juga pada kesempatan itu minta dukungan untuk menuntaskan kasus tersebut.
“Ada hal-hal yang belum bisa disampaikan. Ada satu kaaus penyidikan, kami baru naikan (penyidikan), namun untuk saat ini belum bisa disampaikan. Nanti minggu depan,” ujarnya.
Ia juga menjelaskan pihaknya sedang menangani 15 perkara yang saat ini dalam penyelidikan sebanyak 7 perkara, penyidikan tiga perkara, penuntutan 1 perkara ,dan upaya hukum 4 perkara.
Untuk penangana dugaan korupsi pembangunan Masjid Raya Halmahera Selatan, kasus ini masih memerlukan ahli. Kemarin pihaknya menghadirkan ahli dari Balai Cipta Karya, namun itu hanya menghitung volume pekerjaan.
“Untuk itu kami berencana menghadirkan ahli lagi dari Ambon untuk menghitung kualitas pekerjaan,” jelasnya.
“Jadi intinya pekan depan itu juga akan disampaikan penyidikan apa yang sedang ditangani oleh Bidang Pidsus. Kalau disampaikan hari ini, hilang semua yang akan diminta,” terangnya.
Asintel Kejati Malut, Efrianto menambahkan, untuk penanganan perkara di bidang Intel ada beberapa informasi maupun pengaduan yang diperoleh dan sudah ditindaklanjut. Untuk menerbitkan surat perintah tugas (Sprintung) itu ada 7.
7 Sprintung itu ada empat yang dihentikan. Dua dalam proses, dan satu ditingkatkan ke bidang Pidsus.
“Yang ditingkatkan ke Pidsus itu BPN Halteng. Untuk mafia tanah di lingkungan Parton, Kelurahan Mangga Dua, Kota Ternate, kita masih dalam proses dan beberap pihak sudah diundang untuk dimintai keterangan. Bahkan BPN Ternate sudah diundang. Kita maaih pelajari ada hal yang perlu didalami lagi kita undang ulang,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
