PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Setelah ditetapkan tersangka, Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Kepala Dinas Perkim Kota Ternate, Sukarjan Hirto, yang juga mantan Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kadispora) Kota Ternate sekaligus Sekertaris Panitia Kegiatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) diperiksa sebagai tersangka oleh penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate, Jumat (29/7) tadi.
Setelah diperiksa sebagai tersangka, Sukarjan Hirto langsung ditahan di Rutan Kelas IIB Jambula, Kota Ternate.
Kepala Kejari Ternate, Abdullah melalui Plh Kasi Intel, Muhammad Adung menuturkan, tersangka SH alias Sukarjan ditahan untuk kepentingan penyidikan.
Penahanan tersangka dengan cara menempatkan tersangka di Rutan Kelas IIB Jambula Kota Ternate selama 20 hari ke depan berdasarkan Surat Perintah Penahanan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Ternate Nomor: Print-610/Q..2.10/Fd.2.07/2022 tanggal 29 Juli 2022.
Perintah penahanan ini dilakukan terhadap tersangka oleh tim penyidik, karena tersangka yang diduga keras melakukan tindak pidana berdasarkan bukti yang cukup, dalam hal adanya keadaan yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran bahwa tersangka akan melarikan diri, merusak atau menghilangkan barang bukti dan atau mengulangi tindak pidana.
“Bahwa tersangka telah disangka oleh tim penyidik bidang tindak pidana khusus sehubungan dengan dugaan tindak pidana korupsi dalam belanja sewa generator/genset, belanja sewa sound system dan belanja sewa perlengkapan dan peralatan lainnya dalam kegiatan fasilitas tuan rumah Haornas tingkat Nasional,” ujarnya.
Tersangka Sukarjan diduga melanggar Pasal 2 ayat (1), Pasal 3 junto Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi junto pasal 55 ayat (1) ke-1 KUHP.
“Dengan ancaman pidana maksimal 20 tahun dan denda paling banyak 1 miliar,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, penyidik Kejari juga telah menetapkan YC sebagai tersangka dan telah ditahan. Tersangka YC merupakan Direktur CV NK selaku tim kreatif pada kepanitiaan nasional kegiatan Haornas.
Sekadar diketahui, penyidik Kejari Ternate telah melakukan pemeriksaan sejumlah saksi baik di tingkat Kementerian Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kemenpora) RI maupun Dispora Kota Ternate. Kegiatan Haornas bersumber dari dua anggaran, yakni Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) senilai Rp 2,5 miliar dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Ternate senilai Rp 2,8 miliar.
Kegiatan ini berjalan tahun 2018. Disaat itu, Almarhum Burhan Abdurahman masih menjabat Wali Kota Ternate dan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) sekaligus Ketua Tim Anggarannya adalah M. Tauhid Soleman yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Wali Kota Ternate. M. Tauhid Soleman juga diketahui sebagai Ketua Panitia Haornas. (gon/ask)
