PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tiga pimpinan Organisasi Perangkat Daerah (OPD) Kota Ternate bakal diberhentikan. Ini karena kinerja pimpinan OPD tersebut dinilai tidak mencapai target.
Mereka adalah Kepala Dinas Perhubungan Faruk Albaar, Kepala Dinas Kominfo Anas Konoras dan Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Nurbaity Radjabesy.
Sebelumnya, lima Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi (JPT) Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Ternate sudah melakukan evaluasi pekan lalu. Evaluasi tersebut membahas tiga pimpinan OPD yang bakal digantikan.
Meski hasil evaluasi belum diketahui, namun informasi yang diterima Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) di lingkungan Pemkot Ternate, terdapat tiga pimpinan OPD yang bakal diberhentikan.
Kepala BKPSDMD Kota Ternate, Samin Marsaoly mengatakan, dirinya belum mendapat informasi terkait pergantian tiga pimpinan OPD tersebut.
“Kan hasil evaluasi nanti wali kota yang menentukan, kalau hasil Pansel nanti pak wali yang menilai mana-mana yang dipertahankan untuk digantikan,” ujar Samin, Kamis (4/8).
Menurut Samin, evaluasi itu tidak perlu ada rekomendasi Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara (KASN). Namun, Pemkot mendapat rekomendasi KASN itu hanya uji kompetensi dan seleksi terbuka.
“Sementara untuk evaluasi ini sudah di atas 2 tahun lebih, sehingga yang melakukan rotasi, mutasi dan demosi semua tergantung keputusan dari Pejabat Pembina Kepegawaian (PPK) dalam hal ini Wali Kota Ternate, M Tauhid Soleman,” jelas Samin.
Meski begitu, Samin mengakui, sementara informasi tersebut masih simpang siur, sehingga pihaknya belum mengetahui kebenaran dari ketiga pimpinan OPD yang akan digantikan.
Sekadar diketahui, 5 JPT yang di evaluasi sejak Kamis, (28/7) yakni, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan, Kepala Dinas Perhubungan, Kepala Diskominfo, Kepala Dispora, Kepala Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kota Ternate. (udi/tan)
