PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ketua DPRD Kota Ternate, Muhajirin Bailusy, meminta kepada organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) yang tidak mampu mengelola pendapatan agar mundur dari jabatannya.
Hal ini ditegaskan Muhajirin menyusul banyaknya OPD yang pesimis dan tidak punya inovatif dalam pengelolaan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD).
DPRD, kata dia, telah menegaskan kepada Pemerintah Kota Ternate agar tidak boleh main-main dengan PAD.
“Kalau ada retribusi yang mau digitalisasi, segera digitalisasi dari sekarang, terutama parkir. Selain itu, ribuan kapling tanah yang belum bersertifikat agar bagaimana caranya dipikirkan segera disertifikatkan, sehingga potensi itu bisa dimanfaatkan,” beber Muhajirin saat ditemui wartawan, Senin (15/8).
Menurut dia, jika pimpinan OPD tidak bisa mengelola pendapatan, maka Wali Kota segera mengevaluasinya. Sebab kota Ternate punya potensi cukup banyak, namun tidak ada inovasi.
Alhasil, pimpinan OPD tidak punya optimis dan cenderung hanya pesimis.
“Saya minta Wali Kota segera lakukan evaluasi dalam waktu dekat, sebelum ada pembahasan dan pelantikan 6 JPT. Ini harus dipercepat, supaya dilihat sisa bulan ini mereka bekerja maksimal,” pintanya.
“Apalagi tadi malam kami lagi marah lepada Kepala BP2RD, karena tidak yakin potensi itu dan tidak dikelola. Jangan cuman pesimis, kalau tidak mampu ya undur saja,” sambungnya.
Politisi PKB menyebut ketidakoptimisme itu sehingga mempengaruhi PAD. Untuk itu, Wali Kota Ternate harus objektif melihat OPD mana yang lemah dan tidak capai target, apalagi presentasi kecil dan selalu stagnan, maka sudah mestinya dievaluasi. (udi/ask)
