PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kantor KSOP Kelas II Ternate terus melakukan inovasi layanan dari sisi perbaikan sarana dan prasarana serta kualitas SDM.
Karena itu, KSOP telah memperoleh predikat kepatuhan tinggi yang penilaianya diberikan Ombudsman Republik Indonesia Provinsi Maluku Utara, di Kantor KSOP Ternate, Selasa (16/8).
Kepala Kantor KSOP Kelas II Ternate Agustinus, kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG) mengatakan, predikat ini berkat komitmen semua pegawai KSOP untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan.
“Penilaian yang dilakukan Ombudsman RI Malut ini merupakan inisiatif dari kami. Dimana saat pertama menjabat sebagai Kepala Kantor KSOP Kelas II Ternate, kami melihat harus ada penilaian yang terukur oleh pihak yang kompeten guna menjadi bahan perbaikan kedepan.” katanya.
Pada Februari lalu, kata Agustinus, dirinya bertemu dengan Kepala Ombudsman RI Malut, Sofyan Ali dan menyampaikan hal tersebut. Sebab pada penilaian awal, telah berada zona merah dan direkomendasikan sesuai target yang diberikan.
“Puji syukur akhirnya kami dapat memenuhi perbaikan-perbaikan dan hasilnya seperti yang sudah kita ketahui bersama. Kami berharap para pegawai tidak berpuas dengan hasil ini, karena untuk menjaga konsistensi pelayanan kepada masyarakat, tentu butuh komitmen dan dukungan dari pegawai agar prestasi yang diraih hari ini dapat dijaga,” harapnya mengakhiri.
