PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Salah satu Calon Kepala Desa (Cakades) Akejailolo, Kecamatan Jailolo Selatan beserta pendukungnya menyambangi Kantor Bupati Halbar guna melaporkan Cakades Petahana yang diduga melakukan money politik (politik uang).
Cakades nomor urut 2 asal Desa Akejailolo Suratin Malan saat dikonfirmasi di Lobi Kantor Bupati Halbar, Selasa (23/8) tadi mengaku, di Desa Akejailolo ada dua kandidat yang ikut bertarung yakni Suwandi A. Sake bersama dirinya.
Suratin menyebutkan dugaan adanya permainan money politik dilakukan oleh Cakades Petahana nomor urut 1 Suwandi A. Sake.
“Jadi kedatangan kami di Kantor Bupati untuk melaporkan ke Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat dan Pemerintahan Desa (DPMPD) Halbar bahwa adanya dugaan pelanggaran praktik money politik yang terjadi pada pelaksanaan Pemilihan Kepala Desa (Pilkades) Akejailolo,” ujar Suratin.
Menurut Suratin, pihaknya telah mengantongi bukti-bukti dugaan terjadinya money politik, yakni bukti berupa uang, dan juga rekaman suara beserta adanya saksi-saksi.
“Setiap orang itu dibayar Rp 300 ribu, itu untuk pembayaran pertama, dan pembayaran kedua itu Rp 600 ribu, tapi kami hanya mengantongi bukti pembayaran pertama. Sedangkan yang diberikan uang itu ada 3 orang,” jelas Suratin.
Lebih lanjut, Suratin berujar, ada beberapa orang yang memiliki Kartu Keluarga (KK) yang berdomisili di Kota Ternate pun ikut melakukan pencoblosan di Pilkades Akejailolo.
“Ada juga permasalahan terkait orang asli Desa Akejailolo punya KK disitu, tapi tidak masuk dalam Daftar Pemilih Tetap (DPT), yang bersangkutan juga sebagai anggota Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD), sementara istrinya ikut pilih, sedangkan dia tidak bisa ikut karena tidak terdaftar dalam DPT,” tuturnya panjang lebar.
Karena itu, Suratin menilai, Pilkades yang berlangsung di Desa Akejailolo tersebut telah menabrak aturan.
“Jadi saya merasa dicurangi dengan adanya money politik. Itu yang paling mendasar bagi saya, karena calon nomor urut 1 melakukan money politik,” katanya.
Sementara, Kepala Dinas DPMPD Halbar, Markus Saleky saat dikonfirmasi diruang kerjanya mengatakan, terkait laporan yang diajukan oleh kandidat nomor urut 2 Desa Akejailolo atas nama Suratin Malan, kini pihaknya bakal melaporkan ke Wakil Bupati Halbar, Djufri Muhammad.
“Kami juga akan melihat aturan pada Peraturan Daerah (Perda) nomor 2 tahun 2018 tentang prosedur pemilihan kepala desa sampai dengan Peraturan Bupati (Perbup) nomor 43 tahun 2022. Ini semua sudah jelas, dan kami tidak bisa keluar dari aturan,” pungkas Markus (adi/tan)
