PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Satu pejabat di Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman (Disperkim) Kota Ternate diminta keterangan oleh tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara atas kasus dugaan mafia tanah di Kelurahan Mangga Dua, Kecamatan Ternate Selatan.
Pejabat tersebut adalah Kepala Bidang Pertanahan, Nasrun Zaenudin Andili. Nasrun diperiksa tim penyelidik bidang Intelijen Kejati pada Rabu (31/8) tadi.
Saat ditemui, Zainudin mengaku dimintai keterangan atas persoalan dugaan mafia tanah yang dilaporkan warga Mangga Dua.
“Hanya permintaan keterangan saja terkait kami di bidang tanah. Ditanyai apakah Pemerintah Kota Ternate masuk dalam SHM (sertifikat hak milik) Andy Tjakra itu, ternyata tidak ada,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, tidak ada pembahasan lahan di atas Andy Tjakra. Apakah dalam bentuk lapangan, kantor kelurahan ataupun sebagainya.
Ia bilang, terbit SHM bukan kewenangan Disperkim, katena itu kewenangannya badan pertanahan (BPN). Pihaknya juga tidak masuk ke SHM privat.
