PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Perhubungan Kota Ternate akan menambah spot (tempat) penagihan retribusi di sejumlah titik yang belum ditarik retribusi, seperti pertokoan dan Bank.
Ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) Kota Ternate.
Pelaksana Tugas (Pkt) Kadis Perhubungan Kota Ternate, Anwar Hasjim mengatakan, PAD yang menjadi target Dishub belum mencapai target. Karena itu, di sisa waktu beberapa bulan ke depan, pihaknya akan berusaha mengejar target PAD tersebut.
Ada sejumlah titik yang belum ditarik retribusi, pihaknya akan menempatkan petugas untuk penarikan retribusi. Titik tersebut sepertu Rumah Makan Al-Hikmah, depan Bank BRI, Benteng Oranje, dan depan Toko Amanah.
“Kami juga akan bekerja sama dengan pihak ketiga. Jadi rencananya ke depan titik-titik yang menjadi target kita, diberikan ke pihak ketiga untuk mengelola parkir. Sehingga pendapatan itu bisa tercapai,” jelasnya saat ditemui wartawan, Kamis (1/9) tadi.
Anwar mengaku untuk target PAD khusus parkir tepi jalan di tahun 2022 ini sebesar Rp 6 miliar, namun baru terealisasi 1 miliar lebih. Sehingga tidak mungkin dengan sisa waktu beberapa bulan ini bisa tercapai.
“Kemungkinan PAD normal di tahun 2023, tapi paling tidak sisa waktu ini kita memperkecil antara target dengan pendapatan. Setidaknya persentasinya sedikit naik,” pungkasnya. (udi/ask)
