PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Tim penyidik tindak pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate menyerahkan tersangka dan barang bukti (tahap II) kasus dugaan korupsi penggelapan gaji Aparatur Sipil Negera (ASN).
Kasus tersebut penyidik telah menetapkan mantan Bendahara Dinas Pendidikan (Diknas) Kota Ternate, Safrudin, sebagai tersangka dan saat ini telah ditahan di Rutan Ternate.
Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar mengatakan, pada Rabu (7/9) tadi telah dilakukan penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti perkara dugaan korupsi penggelapan gaji pegawai pada Diknas Kota Ternate tahun anggaran 2015 sampai 2020.
“Penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti dilakukan oleh tim Jaksa penyidik yang diketuai oleh Jaksa Muda Muhammad Adung, kepada tim Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) yang diketuai Jaksa Madya Safri Abdul Muin,” katanya tadi.
Kata dia, setelah tim JPU menerima hasil penyidikan dan menyatakan berkas lengkap berdasarkan Surat Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Ternate (selaku Jaksa/Penuntut Umum) Nomor: BP-01/Q.2.10/Fd.2/08/2022 tanggal 25 Agustus 2022 perihal pemberitahuan hasil penyidikan perkara pidana tersangka SF sudah
lengkap (P-21).
“Selanjutnya tim JPU melakukan penelitian terhadap tersangka dan suluruh barang bukti. Kemudian tim JPU melakukan penahanan lanjutan terhadap tersangka SF untuk 20 hari ke depan sejak Rabu tadi sampai 26 September 2022, dan akan segera perkara tersebut dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan,” tuturnya.
Aan membeberkan tersangka SF selaku pembantu bendahara pengeluaran/staf PPK bidang perbendaharaan (pembuat daftar gaji/juru bayar) pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate tahun 2015-2020 telah dengan sengaja dan melawan hukum memiliki seluruh atau sebagian uang gaji ke empat ASN. Sehingga berdasarkan laporan hasil audit penghitungan kerugian keuangan Negara oleh BPKP Perwakilan Maluku Utara mengakibatkan kerugian keuangan Negara atau perekonomian Negara.
“Adapun kerugian keuangan negara yang dialami Pemerintah Kota Ternate melalui Dinas Pendidikan Kota
Ternate sebesar Rp 840.151.602,00,” jelasnya. (gon/ask)
