PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – TERNATE – Penyidik tindak pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate sudah melimpahkan berkas perkara tersangka penggelapan gaji pegawai dengan tersangka mantan Bendahra Dinas Pendidikan (Diknas) Kota Ternate, Safrudin, ke Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Ternate, Senin (19/9).
Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar mengatakan, berkas perkara penggelapan gaji pegawai pada Diknas Kota Ternate tahun anggaran 2015-2020 atas nama tersangka Safruddin telah dilimpahkan ke Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada PN Ternate.
“Hari ini pukul 09.20 WIT berdasarkan surat pelimpahan perkara acara pemeriksaan biasa Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Ternate Nomor: B-1242/Q.2.10/Ft.1/09/2022,” kata Aan kepada wartawan.
Sebelumnya, berdasarkan laporan hasil audit penghitungan kerugian keuangan Negara dari BPKP Perwakilan Maluku Utara, terdapat kerugian sebesar Rp 840.151.602. (gon/ask)
