Pepatah ini tepat dialamatkan kepada Djafar Abdullah, terdakwa perkara pemalsuan dokumen dan kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT) yang melarikan diri sejak tahun 2015 lalu akhirnya ditangkap oleh Tim Tabur (tangkap buronan) Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara.
Djafar ditetapkan DPO oleh Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Tidore setelah kabur usai menjalani sidang pembacaan surat dakwaan di Pengadilan Negeri (PN) Soasio Tidore Kepulauan tahun 2015 silam.
Pelarian Djafar terhenti setelah Tim Tabur mengetahui keberadaannya di salah satu penginapan di Purwokerto, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Djafar ditangkap pada Senin (26/9) sekira pukul 11.00 WIT lalu.

Efrianto menuturkan, berdasarkan Surat Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Tidore Nomor: B-590/Q.2.11/Dip.4/08/2021 tanggal 12 Agustus 2021 perihal permohonan bantuan pemantauan, pengamanan dan penangkapan DPO atas nama terdakwa Djafar.
Penangkapan Djafar bermula ketika pihak Kejati Malut melalui Tim Tabur mendapatkan informasi bahwa terdakwa berada di sebuah hotel di Kota Purwokerto. Atas informasi tersebut, Kejati lalu melakukan koordinasi dengan Kejari Purwokerto. Tak butuh waktu lama, terdakwa kemudian berhasil diamankan dan.
“Penangkapan terdakwa ini tanpa adanya perlawanan,” ujar Efrianto dalam jumpa pers di Kejati Malut, Kamis (29/9) tadi.
Efrianto bilang, terdakwa ini didakwa dengan Pasal 94 Undang-Undang Nomor 24 tahun 2013 tentang perubahan atas UU Nomor 23 tahun 2006 tentang Administrasi Kependudukan, Pasal 263 ayat (1) KUHP dan Pasal 49 huruf a UU Nomor 23 tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga.
“Untuk ancaman pidana admintrasi 6 tahun dan ancaman maksimal KDRT 7 tahun penjara,” tandasnya.
Sementara Kepala Kejari Soasio Tidore, Faisal Arifuddin menambahkan, kronologisnya pada saat setelah pelaksanaan sidang pertama usai pembacaan surat dakwaan, karena tahanan saat itu masih ramai, terdakwa berbaur dengan pengunjung sidang dan tidak diperhatikan oleh pengawal tahanan. Memanfaatkan kesempatan tersebut, terdakwa lalu melarikan diri.
Setelah ditangkap ini, selanjutnya terdakwa akan di bawa ke Kejari Tidore untuk ditindaklanjut. (gon/ask)
