PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jaksa penyidik tindak pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate masih melengkapi berkas dua tersangka dugaan kasus korupsi kegiatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) tahun 2018 lalu.
Kedua tersangka itu adalah
mantan Kepala Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga (Kadispora) Ternate sekaligus sekertaris panitia lokal kegiatan Haornas, SH alias Sukarjan dan YC yang merupakan Direktur CV NK selaku tim kreatif pada kepanitiaan Nasional kegiatan Haornas.
Kasi Intel Kejari Ternate, Aan Syaeful Anwar mengungkapkan, saat ini berkas kedua tersangka masih dilengkapi penyidik. Setelah itu berkas kedua tersangka akan dilimpahkan ke Jaksa peneliti untuk diteliti.
“Nanti diteliti. Kalau berkas sudah dinyatakan lengkap, tahap II (penyerahan tersangka dan barang bukti) ke Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) oleh tim penyidik,” katanya saat ditemui wartawan, Kamis (29/9).
Selanjutnya, kata Aan, JPU yang akan melimpahkan berkas ledua tersangka ke Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri Ternate untuk disidangkan.
“Jadi kalau berkas sudah lengkap, kita segera limpah,” tukasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, mantan Kadispora sekaligus sekertaris panitia, Sukarjan ditetapkan sebagai tersangka berdasarkan surat Nomor: TAP-03/02.10/fd.2/07/2022 pada tanggal 26 Juli 2022.
Sementara tersangka YC yang merupakan Direktur CV NK selaku tim kreatif pada kepanitiaan Nasional kegiatan Haornas ditetapkan tersangka berdasarkan surat penetapan Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri Ternate tentang penetapan tersangka Nomor: TAP – 02/Q.2.10/Fd.2/07/2022.
Kegiatan Haornas bersumber dari dua anggaran, yakni Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) senilai Rp 2,5 miliar dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Ternate senilai Rp 2,8 miliar.
Kegiatan ini berjalan tahun 2018. Disaat itu, mendiang Burhan Abdurahman masih menjabat Wali Kota Ternate dan Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) sekaligus Ketua Tim Anggarannya adalah M. Tauhid Soleman yang saat ini menjabat sebagai Wali Kota Ternate.
M. Tauhid Soleman pada saat itu bertindak sebagai Ketua Tim Anggaran (TAPD) sekaligus Ketua Panitia Lokal kegiatan Haornas dengan Sekretarisnya mantan Kadispora SH alias Sukarjan yang saat ini sudah ditetapkan tersangka. (gon/ask)
