Penyelidikan Dugaan Korupsi DAK Diknas Sula tak Progres

PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penyelidikan dugaan korupsi dana alokasi khusus (DAK) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tahun anggaran 2020 senilai Rp 21 miliar tak ada progres.

Lihat saja, kasus yang ditangani Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Sula sejak tahun 2021 lalu itu hingga kini belum ada perkembangannya.

“Masih dalam tahapan penyelidikan umum, belum penyidikan khusus,” ujar Kasi Intel Kejari Sula, Yogi Sukmana kepada wartawan, Senin (3/10).

Menurut Yogi, penyidik saat ini masih menggali alat bukti serta mencari fakta-fakta terkait untuk mendalami peristiwa pidana dugaan korupsi kasus tersebut.

“Jadi saat ini penyidik Pidsus melakukan pengumpulan alat bukti yang mendukung, baru bisa ditentukan orang yang bisa dimintai pertanggungjawaban,” jelas Yogi.

Ia memastikan jika dalam tahap penyelidikan nanti sudah mengarah ke unsur pidana dan siapa yang terlibat, maka pihakanya segera menaikkan status kasus ini dan menetapkan tersangkanya.

“Tetapi tergantung hasil pengumpulan alat bukti. Kalau ada peristiwa pidana, maka ke tahapan selanjutnya. Kalau tidak ada, akan ditutup kasus ini,” tandasnya. (ish/ask)
