PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sidang lanjutan perkara dugaan penggelapan gaji ASN di Dinas Pendidikan (Diknas) Kota Ternate tahun 2015-2020 dengan terdakwa mantan Bendahara Diknas Safruddin kembali digelar di Pengdilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) pada Pengadilan Negeri Ternate, Rabu (5/10).
Sidang dengan agenda pemeriksaan keterangan saksi itu dipimpin Achmad Ukayat selaku hakim ketua didampingi Khadijah Amalzain Rumalean dan Samhadi masing-masing sebagai hakim anggota.
Dalam sidang kali ini, Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) menghadirkan 5 saksi. Mereka adalah Muhdar Din selaku mantan Kadiknas Kota Ternate tahun 2015 -2016, Ibrahim Muhammad selaku mantan Kadiknas Kota Ternate tahun 2017-2020, Hadi Haerudin selaku manatan Sekretaris Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate tahun 2016 -2018, Irnawati Imam selaku Kepala Sub Bagian Keuangan Dinas Pendidikan Kota Ternate, dan Ajis Agus selaku ASN yang gajinya digelapkan.
Safri Abdul Muin ditemui usai sidang mengatakan, ini merupakan sidang ketiga masih dengan agenda pemeriksaan saksi.
“Saksi yang hadir tadi semuanya dari dinas. Ada mantan Kadis pendidikan dua orang, satu orang mantan sekertatis dan satunya Kasubag keuangan,” jelasnya.
Sejauh ini, kata Safri, pihkanya seharusnya sudah menghadirkan 10 saksi, namun yang berkesempatan hadir hanya 9 orang. sementara satu lagi yakni mantan Sekretaris Diknas atas nama Mahmud sakit.
”Ada bukti lagi dirawat di rumah sakit. Jadi baru 9 saksi. Sidang berikut agendanya masih pemeriksaan saksi dan rencana 5 orang yang akan dihadirkan,” terangnya. (gon/ask)
