PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Tim penyelidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Sula resmi meningkatkan status dugaan korupsi penggunaan anggaran belanja tak terduga (BTT) tahun 2021 senilai 28 miliar yang melekat Pemkab Sula.
Kasi Intel Kejari Sula, Yogi Sukmana mengatakan, sebelumnya kasus dugaan korupsi anggaran BTT ini pada tahapan awal masih penyelidikan, namun sudah ada peristiwa indikasi dugaan tindak pidana korupsi.
“Olehnya itu, guna memperdalam indikasi korupsi tersebut, kami melakukan exspose internal dan resmi menaikan satutus ke penyidikan umum,” ujar Yogi kepada wartawan, Rabu (5/10).
“Penyidikan umum ini guna untuk memperdalam adanya peristiwa dugaan korupsi, serta melengkapi alat bukti dan fakta-fakta baru untuk memperkuat indikasi dugaan korupsi,” sambung dia.
Meski demikian, untuk siapa tersangkanya, tim penyelidik masih melakukan pendalaman.
Ia bilang, sejauh ini belum ada pemanggilan terhadap pihak terkait, tetapi yang pasti pihak yang dimintai keterangan awal penyelidikan nanti akan dipanggil lagi untuk dimintai keterangan.
“Jadi yang pasti kasus dugaan korupsi BTT ini kita tetap proses hingga tuntas,” tegasnya. (ish/ask)
