PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kasubag Pengelola Data pada Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Ternate, DAL alias Deni dilaporkan ke Polsek Ternate Utara karena diduga melakukan penganiayaan terhadap anak tirinya, RTS (18).
RTS saat ditemui di Polsek Ternate Utara menceritakan, kejadian penganiayaan yang dialaminya ini pada 30 September 2020 lalu sekitar pukul 08.00 WIT. Waktu itu ia bersama ayah tirinya ini keluar dari rumah menuju Bandara Baabullah untuk menjemput ibunya yang datang dari Bogor.
Ditengah perjalanan, ia melihat ayah tirinya menaikkan kaca mobil. RTS lalu mencoba menurunkan kaca mobil, namun sudah dikunci. RTS kemudian kemudian menyuruh ayah tirinya untuk menurunkan kaca.
“Waktu itu sudah dekat bandara, saya kaget karena tiba-tiba kaca mobil dinaikkan. Saya takut, lalu minta diturunin kaca mobil. Tapi pas saya mau turunin, kaca mobil dikunci. Saya suru buka kaca mobilnya atau saya loncat dari mobil, akhirnya papa sambung saya ini buka kaca mobilnya,” tuturnya saat ditemui usai membuat laporan di Polsek Ternate Utara, Senin (10/10) tadi.
Setelah sampai di Bandara, RTS pamit ke kamar mandi. Setelah itu ia mencari kursi untuk duduk, ternyata di area kedatangan tidak ada kursi. Ia kemudian menuju ke area keberangkatan yang terdapat kursi di sana. Ia kemudian duduk di kursi tersebut yang memang di sampingnya ada orang.
Tak lama kemudian ayah tirinya menghampiri dan menanyakan siapa orang yang duduk di sampinya itu. Namun karena RTS tidak mengenal orang itu, ia lalu menjawab tidak tahu.
”Tapi dia (ayah tiri) terus tanya dan saya tetap jawab tidak kenal. Dia menatap saya dan mengeluarkan kata “bangsat” dan langsung tonjok di telinga kiri dan tulang pipi. Karena refleks, kepala bagian kanan saya juga terbentur. Setelah kejadian itu saya merasa pusing lalu di bawa ke rumah sakit,” ujarnya.
Lanjut RTS, di RS, ia dirawat selama tiga hari. Setelah pulih, barulah ia keluar.
Kuasa hukum RTS, M. Bachtiar Husni menambahkan, pihaknya sudah memasukkan laporan secara resmi dan sudah dilakukan visum untuk membuktikan tindak pidana penganiyaan. Antara pelapor dan terlapor sebelumnya sudah dilakukan mediasi, namun tidak ada titik temu.
“Maka kami sangat berharap Polsek Ternate Utara agar memproses pelaku sebagaimana prosedur yang ada, sebab sudah mediasi empat kali tapi tidak ada titik temunya,” harapnya.
Sementara Kapolsek Ternate Utara, Iptu Syamsul mengatakan bahwa pihaknya telah menerima laporan pengaduan tersebut.
“Saat ini masih mediasi, karena bagaimana terlapor adalah orang tua, walaupun hanya papa sambung,” tukasnya. (gon/ask).
