PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – PT. Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Kota Ternate, mencatat pembayaran santunan kepada korban kecelakaan lalulintas laut hinngga darat selama Januari-September 2022 mengalami peningkatan.
Kepala Jasa Raharja Perwakilan Ternate, M. Nurul Subekti, mengatakan pembayaran santunan kepada korban kecelakaan laut maupun darat dari Januari hingga September 2022 senilai Rp 4.151.230.797 dengan jumlah korban 164. Dari jumlah tersebut mengalami peningaktan dari tahun 2021 yang jumlah korban 138 dengan penyerahan santunan senilai Rp 3.877.292.765.
“Jadi penyerahan santunan sampai September dengan jumlah korban 118,84 persen, sedangkan santunannya 107,07 persen,” katanya saat melakan pertemuan dengan sejumlah awak media di Kantor Jasa Raharja Ternate, Rabu (19/10) tadi.
Ia mengungkapkan, pihaknya sebenarnya merasa prihatin terhadap adanya korban, dan itu mengalami kenaikan. Lebih detailnya lagi peningkatan di tahun 2022 sampai September, di mana korban luka-luka mengalami peningkatan luar biasa dengan jumlah aktivitasnya itu 154,69 persen atau 99 korban.
“Untuk di tahun 2021 hanya 64 korban luka-luka,” cetusnya.
Nurul mengharapkan bantuan dari wartawan untuk bisa menyampaikan informasi terhadap kecelakaan dan korban yang masuk rumah sakit dapat jaminan Jasa Raharja, sehingga korban tidak perlu bayar.
“Jaminan untuk rawat itu tetap ada maksimal sampai Rp 20 juta di rumah sakit. Namun demikian kalau pun itu sudah maksimal, bisa lanjut dengan BPJS Kesehatan atau BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, atau asuransi lain,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
