PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Umum (Ditreskrimum) Polda Maluku Utara telah meningkatkan status kasus dugaan kekerasan dan intimidasi yang dilakukan empat anggota Polres Halmahera Utara terhadap salah satu mahasiswa di Tobelo, Yulius alias Ongen.
Setelah ditingkatkan dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan, penyidik Ditreskrimum Polda Malut segera melakukan gelar penetapan tersangka terhadap empat anggota polisi tersebut. Mereka adalah Bripda FK alias Febrianto, Bripda SP alias Sofyan, Bripda DH alias Djarja, dan Bripda BRB alias Bram Ramos.
Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil, mengatakan setelah kasusnya dinaikkan penyidikan, pihaknya akan melakukan gelar penetapan tersangka yang akan dilakukan pada Rabu (26/10).
”Sesuai rencana Rabu (26/10) besok penyidik akan melakukan gelar penetapan tersangka. Jadi gelar itu belum tentu terduga langsung menjadi tersangka. Kalau sudah cukup bukti, akan ditetapkan tersangka,” katanya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (24/10) tadi.
Juru bicara ini menambahkan bahwa semua pihak-pihak terkait telah diperiksa dalam kasus tersebut, termasuk empat polisi tersebut.
”Semua sudah diperiksa,” tuturnya. (gon/ask)
